Scam
I feel so good
about my music
came downstairs
and so shocked
that it breaks me
the first time
the sounds so good
almost dead unable
yet searching for that record
going back to store to find out why a certain record
was recorded that way
Always a head of the curve
crushed the moment they win
and they are on top almost everyday
Hidden in my rooms, trying to be still even more ahead
and feeling bad that at sometimes they are spot on
Starting over all the time; back to the drawing board
often, thinking over this insolvable challenge
that has to do with victory when it's just a word
The entanglements that come from that
and the force that makes sure you can't walk away
Do you give up your dream
and finding love never work again
Or do you let go of the old plans
the people who helped in the battle
and take that precious help and
party with some of your new friends
